Getting Your Piece to You

We want every order to arrive exactly as it left us — with care, and in good time.


How we ship:

When your piece is in stock, it ships directly from our US warehouse. On rare occasions it may come from our secondary US location — delivery takes a little longer, but we will always keep you informed.

Dispatch: within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday Standard delivery: 2–5 working days Secondary location: 5–8 working days

A tracking link will be sent to you as soon as your piece is on its way.

During busy seasons like the holidays, delivery may take a little longer. We'll let you know if anything changes.


Shipping cost:

Standard tracked delivery is always free.


Shipping insurance:

For extra peace of mind, you can add shipping insurance at checkout — covering loss, theft, or damage up to the full value of your order.

Please note: insurance cannot be refunded once added. Claims for damaged pieces must be submitted within 7 days, and within 14 days for missing parcels. Write to us at support@tyroneandangelas.com and we'll handle it personally.


Changes & cancellations:

We pack orders quickly to get your piece to you as soon as possible. Because of this, we are unable to make changes once an order has been placed. Please double check your delivery details before completing your purchase.

Every parcel that leaves us is packed with the same care we have given this work for over 30 years. We hope it arrives and feels exactly right.
